The majority of our construction drawings are prepared utilizing AutoCAD drafting software for clear and concise drawings packages. Project estimating and budgeting are prepared utilizing up to date computer software to insure accuracy with today’s labor and materials costs. David Pelligra and Architects, Inc. focuses on solid pre-planning for each of its projects, knowing that high quality preparation and planning returns faster results with minimum of errors and re-work. While the firm has the skills and experiences needed to tackle large commercial/industrial commissions, it also enjoys the variety and challenge of residential projects.

David Pelligra has been working in the architectural field since 1979. He has had a successful private practice since 1987 and is a licensed architect in the states of Ohio, Mississippi, Wyoming, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
At David Pelligra and Architects Inc. we ensure that each project is met with the attention that it deserves. We aim to understand and satisfy the needs of the client throughout the entire process, offering services in both architectural and interior design. We understand the importance being both creative and budget-conscious.
